Simple Weight Loss Tips For Women

Weight loss is a big issue among many people, most especially among women. Women want to look and feel good at all times. Being a "too heavy" can dampen the spirits of any woman, no matter how much encouraging other people will be to her. Being big simply pulls down a woman's self-confidence.

Even with today's highly advanced technology, many women are still beset by weight problems. While many companies and groups have come up with weight loss solutions, most of these are diet pills and one week programs that claim to produce miraculous results in a short span of time.

Health experts, however, know that correct weight loss programs mean real hard work.

If you are committed to getting back into your old shape and switching to a healthier lifestyle, try to keep in mind the information and tips given below. Follow these religiously and stay dedicated to what you are doing and you'll soon find yourself back in tip-top shape and excellent health!

* Drink a lot of water. Drink lukewarm water around 5 minutes before breakfast.
* Do some low intensity exercises or stretching before breakfast.

* About an hour after you have eaten, do some high intensity cardio exercises.
* Don't eat too much for dinner since evenings are like "down times," when we have nothing really strenuous to do.
* You can choose to do a little stretching and some cardio exercises after resting from your dinner.
* Eat a lot of protein like eggs, fish, and meat. Fruits and vegetables will also be good for you.
* If possible, do some weight training. If this is not possible at home, then enroll in a gym.
* Take vitamins - especially multivitamins and vitamin C.

* At work, stand up and stretch from time-to-time. Don't remain seated all the time. Move around.
* Instead of eating junk food during your snack break, eat fruits like apple and banana.
* If your office is on the 5th floor of the building, do not use the elevator. Instead, take the stairs.
* At the car park, make sure that your car is quite a distance away from your building or your building's entrance so that you can walk a little. If you take the bus to work, go down a little early and walk the rest of the way to your office.

Remember, walking is one of the best exercises for any age.
* Get into a sport like swimming or badminton.
* Try some yoga or tai chi.
* Try eating oatmeal and yogurt for snacks.
* Create an illusion that you have a full plate by using a small plate or bowl for your food.
* If you think that you are too lazy to exercise on your own, go to the gym and sweat it out!
* Continue drinking milk. Just because you are trying to lose weight doesn't mean you have to stop drinking milk! It's your best source of calcium.

* Drink water...water...and more water...every day!

Remember to keep an open mind and a positive attitude every single day of your life. A positive attitude and a good outlook in life will greatly help improve your over-all well-being!
