Obama Calls on America's Women to Continue Schooling and He's Footing the Bill!

Women in the United States of America (and elsewhere) recognize more and more that education is their ticket to economic success. However, while women are now graduating high school at higher rates than men in America, it is still the case that a higher proportion of males in the general population have a bachelor's degree or higher.
