Learning how to pick up women at the gym is not that hard -- if you know what to do. So I'm going to show you the rules when it comes to picking up women at the gym, using conversation starters in a gym setting, and getting her out on a date right away. It isn't hard if you know the rules. Sounds good? Read below for the good stuff...
Why do women go to the gym? To be fit? Yes, be fit to look good for men! Some even go to the gym to look at fit looking guys (as oppose to sitting at home and walking on their treadmills)

Starting the conversation -- the right way...
When I start the conversation, I want to show my intent right off the bat (without coming off as weird).
If I see woman working on her biceps, I would smile, say "Wow damn, look at those guns" (I would squeeze her bicep) "You need a license for those guns lady".
Notice how laid back the conversation started. If some random guy was watching me, he would think that I'm her best friend from high school or something.
The point is -- throw away the formalities.
You don't have to introduce your name off the bat or try to brag. Just flow and have a conversation. The key is PRACTICE. If you don't get it right the first time, don't worry. Just start somewhere.
2. Get her on a date, right away!
So you're talking for a good 15, 30 minutes or whatever. Don't try to get her phone number just yet.
Ask her out for coffee. Don't be awkward about it ("So yeah... wanna go for coffee?") but rather you want to hype up the coffee shop you're going to. Hype it up! Say something like "Ever tried ZXY coffee shop? It's the best in town.
Brad Pitt when there just to taste the coffee".
