Why Are Jerks Attractive to Women?

People ask me this question repeatedly.



My short answer is this: they're not. They just can't help but have sex with them. Repeatedly. More seriously, they respond to some of the personality qualities displayed by the jerk, but not necessarily all of them.



Perhaps a better questions we can ask is: what is it about a "jerk" that a woman finds attractive?



A better answer is this: women want and respond to a man who is strong, independent, and challenging. These are qualities that "jerks" all display strongly, whether anyone knows it or not.



Unfortunately many if not most women I have talked to believe that it is extremely rare or impossible to find a man that is strong, challenging and exciting while also having the ability to treat a woman with consideration and respect.



Unfortunately many men think that being strong, challenging, and actively pursuing women for sex is somehow bad or acting like a jerk. In my experience most women are not happy in a relationship with a guy they feel they can completely control. In these situations women often will lose interest and leave or alternatively they will stick around but nag and bitch about them behind their back, hoping for something better to come along.
