This is the easiest method to implement simply because you can "meet" the most amount of women in the least amount of time. If you're short on cash there are free sites such as: plentyoffish.com (that's the one I used a lot). There are benefits to paid sites though: way less competition. You can definitely meet quality girls from the internet. Especially paid sites. Some girls are new to the city, others just work a lot and don't have time to go out.

Bars/Clubs/Parties



Depending on your personality you may like the bar/club scene. Bars and clubs are a great place to meet women for one reason only: QUANTITY. Do you need practice talking to girls? The club is the place for you. You can go, start a conversation with one girl, as soon as that ends go talk to the next girl 3 feet away. You can get a lot of practice like this. Furthermore, clubs are generally tough to interact in because they are loud and the women are usually hot.



If you can learn to meet women in a club, you can basically meet them anywhere. Going to the club is a good training ground.



Mall/Bookstore/Coffee Shop



The mall is another great place to meet women. I like all three (mall, bookstore, and coffee shop) because they are all quiet, and intimate environments to meet women. You can usually find quality women at the bookstore (they can read, which is always good). Furthermore, if you meet her in a section you like, most likely you have the same interests.



It's not a crazy bar/club environment so women are often much easier to approach (they're much nicer).



Festivals



This one is one of my favorites! I love street festivals because there's such a good atmosphere and so many people. You get to meet tons of girls, without the loud club environment. A good friend of mine loves meeting women at big protests and rallies. If it's an "anti-war" protest, there will usually be girls wearing "boobs not bombs" shirts. Meet them.
