There is no doubt that there is a fundamental genetic difference between men and women, and I am certainly not just talking about just the obvious ones. There are a number of things you should be aware of if you are a female looking to get six pack abs.
The truth is, females need to work just as hard as men do to attain six pack abs. There is always been a myth that females have it easier when trying to get six pack abs which does have some merit as females do generally have a faster metabolic rate, but that statement is not entirely accurate either.
Firstly women need to focus on what they eat far more that men. The truth is that all women have abdominals but when you eat the wrong kinds of foods the first place that fat goes to is the stomach and the behind, which means that no matter how much exercise you do, there will always be a layer of fat covering those abs.
This requires more focus on what you eat, rather than the exercise itself, although this is still important. What this really means is that if you are not eating right then no matter how many crunches, sit ups and cardio you do, you will never be able to see the abs that are just waiting to be seen by the world.
So how do you solve this problem? The trick is to find a program that caters towards women who are looking to obtain a six pack and to stick to it. There is actually no need to buy the latest and greatest abdominal workout machine that has been advertised on a late night infomercial. All that is really needed is a focused guide that caters to the specific needs of female nutrition and exercise needs.
